Uber driver

uber_app_iconSo I decided to become an Uber driver!!!!!

I thought about it previously but got wigged out and nervous about it so decided not to.  But that was back in the beginning when Uber was first building it’s platform and a lot of things were happening.  A lot of weird things and bad reviews.  I’ve since come across several people who have been doing it, or know someone who does it, and I have been hearing a lot of good things about it.

I actually signed up about a month ago but haven’t been able to start yet since I work a lot in October at a haunted house.  I’m pretty anxious, nervous and excited to get started so I might go out for a couple of hours tomorrow during the day just to get past the initial nerves.

I really love the flexibility of it where I can work as much or as little as I want and whenever I want.  I hope to enjoy it and plan to work about 20 hours a week during nights and weekends so I can really start stashing some savings for my travel plans.

I’ll post an update here once I get a week or two under my belt and let you know how it works out.

If you’re interested in trying it out yourself I would totally appreciate it if you use my referral code at my Uber page.

Uber on!

Hi, cheli. Hmmm… Uber? Can you come here North Dakota to take me somewhere maybe travel around the world ? Just Kidding!! It would not work for me with Uber because I lived in tiny town.
Is there any Uber rule about using your car? Like, It has be good condition or reliablity vehicle?
    Good Luck!

Sure, I’ll swing on by and pick you up. hahaha Yes Uber has rules. Your vehicle needs to be ten years old or newer, be a four door and have five seat belts (including the drivers). I’ve only been doing it for a couple days now and have been loving it. I think it will be a great way to save up a bunch of savings to help me hit the road. And the flexibility is awesome, I can work or not work anytime I want. Now if I could just sell all my stuff so I can get out of my apartment and stop paying rent, I’d pile up some cash in no time. 🙂

    Hi, Cheli!
I don’t know if you see any new or an article from websites.
I read an article from website, but I don’t remember the name of website, one of Uber driver from Virginia drove a customer to new york city? I think. Uber driver went for it because he/she thought it is a good adventure to do. Also, he/she was doing for money.
I’m not sure if I remember the story right.
    I’ll try to find it.
